Intesa Sanpaolo Just Issued Two New Bonds

Intesa Sanpaolo expands the family of the Bonds, currently comprising senior and unsecured bonds in 6 currencies, with two new bonds. See details below:

  • Tasso Fisso Dollaro USA", 10 years tenor and annual coupons of 2.10%.
  • Cedola Crescente Dollaro USA", 7 years tenor and annual coupons as follows: 1° and 2°year 1.20%; 3° and 4° year 1.50%; 5° and 6° year 1.90%; 7°year 2.25%.

The new bonds are issued by Intesa Sanpaolo and are now listed on both MOT and EuroTLX (part of Borsa Italiana).

The bonds can be traded through your own bank account or financial intermediary or phone banking. The offer price, interest payments and principal repayment will be in the original currency of the instrument.
